Welcome to our first blog post! We are excited to share updates, news, and stories with you.
For a long time Bay Garden has operated in a top down fashion. The owners’ only chance to address the HOA Board of Directors has been at the annual meeting or through the office. We intend to change this method of communication.
As concerned owners, we are not privy to all that is happening at the association. Meetings are secret. Minutes are sparce and not up to date. The Board of Directors (BOD) has not been transparent. Only one current member of the BOD lives at Bay Garden full-time. The other Board Members are mostly off-island. This website is NOT associated with the Board of Directors for Bay Garden Condominium Association in any way, shape or form.
As concerned owners, we have eyes and ears. We are guaranteed free speech under the First Amendment to the US Constitution as Americans. We intend to exercise that right.
There will be no name calling, and no accusations. There will be questions. There will be concerns. There will be information. There will be another source of information coming not controlled by the Bay Garden HOA BOD.
We hope that you will contribute too. If you see something, say something. Take a photo. Tell us what concerns you. You don’t have to be an owner to contribute.
